Comfortable beds, new-fashioned rooms and beautifully designed bath. Early check in and late check out. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Location very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, Hanoi Old Quarter and souvenir shops. For tea or coffee visit The Real Kangaroo Cafe nearby.

Everything was perfect, exceeded high expectations. the staff were kind people, especially Mark the manager and Ken the receptionist. - the location of the hotel was stunning, in the center. - It was very close to restaurants all around, the old town, home and quiet atmosphere, and the lake area.

Great location and helpful and friendly staff especially Ms Linh the front desk manager. The Hotel was very new and tastefully decor.

The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant. You felt like royalty and the accomodations were very nice.

The day we arrived was their first day they were opened and there were a couple of minor items that were not quite ready. The service of the staff more than made up for any minor inconvenices.

I liked the room it was so new and clean and very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Because it is a new hotel it should get good reviews on cleanliness however whether this keeps up I'm not sure.

What I didn't like was Booked.net taking 100 dollars out of my account without my permission and the hotel had to give it back to me in cash. Not appropriate Booked.net!

They provided excellent customer service and even arranged our transfer to our next destination without us having to ask. The room, although without a window, had a "false" window that was psychologically satisfying. The location was ideal, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounded by bars and restaurants. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. a brilliant stay.
